Free shipping
Every order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum purchase and shipping is included in the price you see.

Where we ship
We ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a street address.

Delivery times
Every TJ LORI piece is made to order. Most pieces are delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. Custom engagement rings ship in about 4 weeks. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

How your order ships
All orders ship with FedEx. We will email your tracking information when your order ships. A signature may be required at delivery.

Resizing
Free shipping applies to your original delivery. As described in our Refund Policy, customers pay shipping both ways for ring resizes.
